Soul & Sound Mastery.

Daily Practice Sessions to Support Your Self-Healing Journey

The Soul & Sound Mastery sessions are in-depth daily gatherings that guide you through foundational soul-healing practices to help you become your own healer. 

These Mastery sessions are held for one to three weeks, and include 45-minute practice sessions held daily, Monday through Friday. Each round, we explore a new theme through experiential teachings to support the development of your own daily self-healing practice.

Have you joined one of our complimentary Soul Cafes? These mastery sessions cover the same fundamentals as the cafes, but offer a greater depth with more tools (like Tao Calligraphy tracing), wisdom, and guided practices.

Each round of Soul & Sound Mastery is focused on a different Tao theme. These themes can include: the 7 Soul Houses, the 5 Elements, Soul Marketing, the 10 Greatest Qualities of Tao (also known as the 10 Da), and more.

The Soul & Sound Mastery sessions will teach you how to begin transforming most physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual conditions and enhance your current healing practices.

Practicing in a community of like-minded people with accountability has been the best way I have found to learn new teachings and experience the greatest results. Studying Tao wisdom and doing Tao practices are a yin and yang pair. To only study wisdom without doing practice will not yield any results. As Master Sha says, “Heaven does 50%, You do 50%.”
